Booking

Can I book by phone ?

Sure, we’re able to take your reservation by phone, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I book for another person ?

Of course, what a great idea! To book for someone else, simply enter their information during the booking process instead of your own. Ensure you enter your own billing information on the PayPal checkout page if you choose the online payment.

The booking confirmation and voucher will be sent to the email address you provide on the booking page, not on PayPal. However, if the email entered during the booking process isn’t yours, we can send them to your email address also on request.

Can I book for today ?

If you wanna book for the same day, we advice you to contact us first and we will check availability for you. If you are ready this is not a problem.

Can I book when I get there ?

Our tours and activities are popular and sell out in advance, especially in the high season. By booking now, you’re not only guaranteed a spot on the tour or activity you want, but the best price too. Many travelers book their « must-do » activities with us in advance to be sure to have their place.

Can I provide further details during the booking process ?

Yes, a box named « Message » is provided for this purpose. You can give us any information that could be useful such as special requests, or any other indication that you would like to send us in connection with your reservation.

Can you check availability for me ?

Of course, contact us with suggestions the activities that interest you and we will check the availability of these to the times you want to do before booking.

Can you please resend my confirmation booking details ?

With pleasure, please contact us and precise your full name, any information you remember (name of your booking, transaction number, booking number).

How long will I wait to receive my voucher ?

You will receive your voucher instantly or within a few hours maximum. However, be aware that if you make a reservation for the same day and you do not have your voucher on time, we will immediately inform the service provider and you will be able to enjoy your reservation without voucher.

Is there is booking fee ?

No, and there will never be. Our prices are 100% booking fee free, meaning the price you see is the price you pay.

Must I register to book ?

Absolutely not, you can book everything without be registered anywhere.

What is your cancellation policy ?

We understand plans can change and you may be induced to cancel your reservation. That’s why with NevAgency.com you can easily cancel your booking by contacting us. However, if you do not show up for the activity, tour or transfer you booked, you will not receive a refund.

Note that most of our providers have different cancellation policies, and their cancellation conditions are valid rather than our NevAgency.com policy but can’t exceed them. Therefore, we will always apply the cancellation policy of our supplier unless our own policy proves more advantageous. Find out more about our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.

What should I do after booking ?

We received your booking, we are checking on it and we will contact you quickly for confirm details, answer your questions if you have and plane your activity depend of your schedule.

Where is the exact meeting point for my tour or activity ?

If it’s not mentioned on the product page, find the location of your tour or activity’s meeting point on your voucher under « Meeting Point ». It provides the address of the activity and may also give more specific instructions. We don’t want you to get lost, so please make sure you read this section carefully.

Why am I redirected to another website during my reservation ?

For technical reasons, it is indeed possible that you will be redirected to https://www.nevagency.rezdy.com to finalize your reservation. This is our partner domain with our online booking system provider.
This website is just as secure as ours, and you can safely finish your booking on this page.

Transfers

Can I change my destination before the trip ?

Yes, it’s possible. If you have changed hotels for example and you no longer wish to be drop off in the same place, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If you wish to make a change less than 24 hours before departure, we do not guarantee the change but we will do our best.

Can I change the destination during the trip ?

This is unfortunately not possible, the driver knows your point of arrival and it can not be changed. If you want to stop and finish the ride during the trip, without changing the route, you can.

Can the driver wait for me at the airport ?

Of course, if you book from one of the airports, our drivers can wait for you up to 2 hours from the pick up time you provide. Please provide us your flight number, and our driver will be waiting for you with a sign and your name on it.

Is it possible to make a stop during the transfer ?

If you have chosen a taxi, stopping to go to the restroom or buy some snacks will depend on the driver. However, if you have booked a premium car or minivan, our drivers can stop for a few minutes at your request during the transfer but without detour.

Is there a bottle of water included ?

If you have booked a taxi, no bottled water will be provided. However, if you have booked a premium car or minivan, we are happy to offer a small bottle of water for each passenger.

What does N/A mean ?

N/A means « Not Available » and means that we do not offer transfers with this type of vehicle on this route. We work to always offer more possibilities and destinations to our customers, come back later and this option will probably be available.

Why I can’t book roundtrip ?

If you are not able to select the roundtrip option, that means it is not available. In other words, we do not offer return on this route.

Payment

Can I pay in cash on arrival ?

Unfortunately we can not offer the cash payment on arrival due to the nature of the activity and the risk of last minute cancellation. Reservations and payments are made online and totally secure.

Can I pay in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and others currencies ?

If you choose to pay online, you can make payment in the currency of your choice, PayPal will detect your card currency and  will offer you to choose between paying in your card currency (at the exchange rate of PayPal) or in Thai baht (THB), in which case your bank may charge you a fee.

This step will appear after you have filled in your details, and your payment method.

How can I pay ?

Our secure payment partner PayPal, upon payment you will be redirected to PayPal and you can pay securely. You can pay with the balance of your Paypal account (if you an account) or without a PayPal account you can simply pay by credit card, all major credit cards are accepted.

Have a PayPal account is optional.

I’m redirected on PayPal but it’s not in my language ?

Don’t worry, this happens sometimes, PayPal does not detect the language you are using. You can select the English language on the PayPal payment page.

Then, you’ll be able to select your country and PayPal will automatically translate the page into your language.

Is the online payment secure ?
